Telecommunication solutions managment
IFX Networks and Aspect Software, companies specialized in the areas of telecommunication solutions and integrated customer interaction management alternatives, have signed an alliance that makes them business partners in each of the markets where they are present in Latin America.
The companies sign an alliance for which IFX Networks will be provider of Aspect Software through its public-private cloud, who provide support to strengthen the customer business and their satisfaction. Other component of his offer is confidentality, integrity, and availability which are part of his paperwork integral system.
As a result of this agreement, IFX Networks becomes the provider of Aspect Software through the largest public-private cloud in the region. For its part, Aspect Software provides IFX Networks with the telecommunication solutions it requires to update its Customer Service and Support Center.
The agreement is the result of a team work that began in the first half of 2015 and combines the best of its technologies and service portfolios.
In this way, each organization benefits from the knowledge and experience of its ally and advance in the joint design of new products that respond to the needs of medium and large companies.
